The Council of the Eurasian Women’s Forum has updated the terms of the contest “Heroines of the New Age”
In May 2024, the Council of the Eurasian Women’s Forum announced the launchof the #HeroinesOfTheNewAge contest, which takes place in the official
community of the Eurasian Women’s Forum on the VKontakte social network and
in the VK Clips vertical video service.
Due to the great response from members of the public, women implementing
social projects, the organizers have updated the rules of participation.
Any woman can take part in the competition. The Council of the Eurasian
Women’s Forum is always in touch with its audience and is open to dialogue!
From this day on, #HeroinesOfTheNewAge are girls and women living in Russia
and abroad.
Requirements for participants:
– Having your own project in any field: entrepreneurship, education and science,
public and municipal administration, healthcare, charity, social programs, industry,
creative industries.
Terms of participation:
– Shoot a vertical video lasting up to 3 minutes with a story about yourself and
your activities, growth prospects in the next 3 years;
– Publish your video clips on the VK platform (it is important to maintain the
vertical format) until mid-July;
– Add the mandatory hashtag #HeroinesOfTheNewAge.
The authors of the most interesting and promising projects will receive invitations
to the IV Eurasian Women’s Forum, which will be held in St. Petersburg from
September 18th to September 20th. The finalists will participate in the business
program, as well as receive individual expert advice on the development and
scaling of projects.
The Eurasian Women’s Forum is the largest authoritative international platform for
discussing the role of women in modern society. On September 18-20, 2024, the
Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the
Interparliamentary Assembly of the Member States of the Commonwealth of
Independent States will hold the fourth Eurasian Women’s Forum in St.
Petersburg.
